Pink Glows off the Sun.

 Morning Doves on Pecan Branches and Ground doves under the Grape Vines and Palms Chant Morning Prayers.  Brown Leaves Twirl From Magnolia Trees and Seed Pods Plop in the Dirt. Buzzing Bumble Bees swing on Blades of Grass as They Thank GOD for Breakfast. In the Blue Holes, Pink GLOWS off the Sun behind the Clouds. Grackles Chatter gathering on the power pole & line off the House. Lavender SPLASHES into the Gray clouds creeping up from the South. Deer graze along the edge of the Woods out back. A Crop dusting Plane banks dipping into to the near by Cotton Fields. A Pair of Goat Suckers land in the Holly Bush SCATTERING Cardinals. Peanut Haze & Cotton Dust rise in each direction around the Horizon. Purple Finches in The Crepe Myrtle Bushes and Brown- Headed Cowbirds Sing with Glee to our CREATOR! Yellow Irises and Canaan Lilies Bloom against Their green Leaves. Monarch Butterflies frolic fluttering on across the Field. The Quarter Moon Peek-a-boos between Clouds overhead.  Several Migrating Emerald Hummingbirds Hover at the Orange Honey Suckle and Blue Ivy Flowers. Mushrooms push up in the Grass. Roosters Crow!

Poor-Wills Pray with the Saw Whet Owl. A Soft Cool Breeze Kisses my Chest. A Wood Roach scurries over the Porch. Cows moo. The Rising Quarter Moon sits Lazily over Uncle Doug's Pines.

Mourning Doves down the Tree Line & Ground Doves under the Palms Chant Morning Prayer. The ARTIST Streaks Slate Blue across the Clouds on HIS Canvas. Cows moo. Flavorful Juice BURSTS in my Mouth from A Plump Bronze  Grape. I Spook a Seminole Bat hanging from a Vine. Blue Jays Whine like swing chain needing WD40. Many Spiders Enjoy Bug Roll-ups for Breakfast in Webs strung across the Branches. Deer trot across the back side of the Field. Cattle Egrets LEAP into flight to Keep up. Chattering Vireos gather in the Top of the Big Pine. White-Breasted Nuthatches Bounce about below and under the Pink Cammy Bush Singing Grace. The Sun sipps dew from small White Flowers. Droopy Spider Webs sparkle on the barb wire. Pileated Woodpecker laughs in a magnolia tree. Walnuts roll of the metal roof. Mocking Birds in the Pecan Tree and Cardinals on Holly Limbs PRAISE GOD!

Mourning Doves Chant Prayers with the Poor-Wills. Twinkling Stars fill the Air. Lil'Brown Bat Sweep the Magnolia Trees; Magnolia Seed Pods Plop. A garden Spider Weaves a Tapestry from a Limb in the Big Pine down into the Monkey Grass.

Roosters Crow and CROW. More Gray Clouds Mount in the North. BUZZING rises from the Ground as Bumble Bees Crawl on Long Blades of Grass That Wave from the weight. Scarlet Tanagers show Their Color change Bouncing about Under the Grape Vines Singing Grace. Above Yellow Jackets & Black Jacks drink New Wine from Fermenting dark Grapes. At the other end Ground  Doves Chant Prayers with Turtle Doves on the barbed wire and White-Winged Doves on Pecan Branches. Walnuts roll down the Metal Roof.  Red-Breasted Nuthatches peck at Pine nuts.  Crepe Myrtles Swirl with the Breeze. Emerald  Hummingbirds Zip about the Yellow Irises.

A Red Fox slings low along the fence line. Gray Tree Frogs SLIME the living room windows. Poor-Wills and Mourning Doves Chant Morning Prayers. A Large Black Beetle Strolls over the porch.

A Mockingbird Sings a Glorious Solo. A Luna Moth vanishes in to the Country dark. The Eerie Hoots of Barred Owls echo.

As dark Clouds shift over head a Glowy dim Moon Shines through wearing a Pretty Pale Rainbow. A Great Horn Owl Whoots out near Joey's. A Cool Breeze wraps 'round my shoulders & shares a STRONG Musky Stench with my nose. A Large Dripping Wet Skunk wanders past the porch across the front patch of Grass and over the walk way towards the Grape Arbor. Tears trickle down my cheeks. Her Fume CLEARS Her path. Over by the Family Grave Yard another Great Horned Owl answers. Streaks flash. Gentle Drops Kiss. Oak Toads & Southern Toads sing of Love. Low Muffled Thunder Echoes. Poor-Wills Pray.

More Red and Gray Mushrooms Sprout up. Coupling Love Bugs Lumber up Out of the Green Grass in the Front Field, struggling each want to fly a different Direction. Tree Swallows SWOOP in for the Breakfast ATTACK. Green Tree Frogs Slime the Buick Windshield. Rusty Blackbirds Squeak like rusty hinges in Uncle Doug's Pines. Deer frolic and court, playing in the Clearing next to the Family Grave Yard. A Large Number of Cattle Egrets Ascend to the Southwest.

A Convoy of Cotton Pickers Clank & Rumble Southward on the Road. Cattle Egrets seem Antsy behind the Cows. A Peeper enjoys a Breakfast of Little Orange Bugs on a Canaan Lily Leaf. Meadow Larks and Song Sparrows PRAISE Our LORD! Loud BUZZING rises off the Grass as a Hundred Bumble Bees climb on Swaying Blades of Grass and Fly to another Blade. Rufous Hummingbirds Carefully fly in & out each Yellow Iris. Tan, Gray and Red Mushrooms Push up out of the Ground. Mockingbirds Sing Grace. An Oak Toad sits under a Large Toad Stool. Love Doves on the Power Line and Inca Doves in the Big Pine Chant Prayer with Mourning Doves down the Tree Line. Shadows shift; the Sun Wrays drink from New Buttercups & Blue Ivy Blooms. Turkeys Gobble to the LORD.  

Stars Hang

A Blue Beetle spins up-side-down on the porch. Others beat against the Bright Beaming bulb; another Blue Beetle falls, CRASHING up-side-down. the Dewy Grass is Cool on my feet. The Eerie Hoots of Barred Owls Echo from the Woods. The Bright Burnt Yellow, almost, Full Moon falls into the Trees to the West. Crickets Slide Their Legs across Cellos & Violas. A Summer Breeze Tenderly Kisses my back. Grass Frogs, Oak Toads & Pine Barrens Tree Frogs lift Their Joyful Noises to the LORD!  Seminole Bats Give Thanks on the Grape Arbor. A Billion Stars Hang, GOD's Sparkly Bling.

Mourning Doves down the Tree Line, Turtle Doves on barbed wire & Love Doves perched on the high wire cuddling Chant Morning Prayer. Peppers and Pine Barren's Tree Frogs Thank the RAINMAKER! Roosters Crow, Steam Rises from the Wet Grass. Crows Caw. Sun Rays sip on Honey Suckle Straws in the Weeping Willow Tree and along the back Fence. A Buffed-Bellied Hummingbird tends to each Blue Ivy Bloom. Toads sing Love songs in the Low Spots covered by Collected Rain Water. Mockingbird flash chasing Grackles away. Coupling Love Bugs STRUGGLE as they rise up out of the Grass. Tree Swallows Swoop low over the Front Field Scooping up Love Bugs for Breakfast. Pink Rose Petals twirl to the porch from the last Cherokee Rose. Fine Red Red Clay churns on the Surface in Grassy spots; Fire Ants are Busy tilling. Hairy Woodpeckers tap on the Pecan Tree. Deer Bolt back across the Road towards the Woods.

Cathartidae Skip Lively

A few more Tall Red and Yellow Canaan Lilies STRETCH as the Sun peek-a-boos. Whipper-Wills and Poor Wills say Bedtime Prayers. Dewy Grass paints my feet. Rufous-Sided Towhees in the Big Pine and Blue Birds on Redbud Limbs Rejoice to the LORD! Bird-Voiced Tree Frogs Join in Joyfully.Roosters Crow. Spider Webs Sparkle on Crepe Myrtle Bushes. Tufted Titmice Sing Grace POPPING open Seed housings. Crepe Myrtle Twirl to the Grass. Groupings of Cattle Egrets Flap Gracefully to the South. Yellow-Meadow Hawks zig low to the Ground; Saddle Bag zag above. Thirty or so Purple Martins Swoop in the Front Field, as 20 more Martins perched on the high wire along the road wait Their turn to dive. A Cluster of BLack and Blue Swallow-Tailed Butterflies flutter up and Down, spinning around dipping on a 'Coon in the North lane. Circling from high, descending closer & closer, PLOPPING Down  one at a time, Two Black Vultures lumber, Wings shooing the Butterflies, towards the Coon. Flies buzz about. Shaking & RIPPING Tearing 'Coon Hide, The Large scary Cathartidaes skip Lively into the Grass for a Breakfast Picnic. The Swallow-tailed Butterflies regroup Frolicing over the 'Coon. Crows caw in Uncle Doug' Pines. Deer Graze. A Woodpecker drums. The Sun Climbs higher drinking from Pink Tea Cups & sipping on Orange Honey Suckle. Mockingbirds flash & chase. Blue Ivy Blooms braided in the Grape Vines & White Rose Bush open as the Rays Kiss. Cardinals in the Holly Bush & Song Sparrows on Walnut Limbs sing Praises. I add my Noise as a Breeze softly Caresses.

An Ascending "V" Line of Honking Geese make the Sun seem so small cutting across It. the Beaming Rays BURN through the Purple Haze to sip on Honey Suckle & drink Dew from White Bells, Pink Teacups & Buttercups. Mockingbirds flash, flare and fuss at a Long Slithering Copper Head vanishing into the tall Wiregrass. Bright Blue Ivy Flowers bloom tangled in the Young Cedars. Cardinals & Indigo Buntings Sing Grace Picking Grapes in the Vines. A Snapping Turtle Eats Breakfast below. At the Other end of the Grape Arbor and Under the Palms Ground Doves Chant Morning Prayer with the White-Winged Doves in one of the Hand's Oaks. Gray Squirrels under the Pecan Tree Fiddle with a Green Cased Pecan. Over Them Song Sparrows PRAISE Our CREATOR with Meadow Larks in the Peach Trees. Deer Vanish into the Thick Wall of Fog to the South. Tufted TitMice and Yellow Finch realize there enough Pine Nuts to Go Around and Thank GOD! A Yellow and a Red Canaan Lily stretch above the White Fluffy Blanket of Fog unfolding into the Flowerbed along the barbed wire. Turtle Doves Join the Pray Chanting.

Crickets continue to Play Their Cellos & Violins. Stars fade. Joey's Rooster Crows. Fog rises in the East and Purple Haze spreads. Mike Donkey brays. The Thick Fog Spills over the fence. The Deer at the Grape Arbor are Consumed by the Dense Curtain quickly. Pink tries to circle around the Horizon. Little Brown Bats Flutter in a Wavy Trailing Stream on to the Tree Nests. The Damp Wall of Fog Pushes against my chest. Mocking Birds and Song Sparrows Sing the New Song!

Canaan Lilies Glessen

Cool Dewy Grass paints my feet. Grass Moths Flutter Low just above the Monkey Grass. Peepers, Oak Toads and Gray Tree Frogs PRAISE Our LORD. Crickets Slide Their Legs across Cellos & Violins. An Armadillo and a 'Possum pass each other sniffing at the ground. A Soft Gentle Breeze caresses my back. Seminole Bats are all over the Purple Grape Arbor. Sparkling Stars Twinkle, not a Cloud in the Morning Sky. Lil'Brown Bats dip & dive between the Magnolia trees. Cows moo. Bugs beat against the porch bulb. Damp Yellow Canaan Lilies glessen in the Glow. the Eerie Hoots of Berred Owls Echo from the Woods.

A Young Great Horned Owl Whoots "AMEN!" The Big Orange Ball Rolls down the Chinaberry Tree and into the fleeing Gray Clouds. Yellow Meadow-Hawks and White Clear-Winged Dragon Flies zip about. Mocking Birds flash & fuss at a White oak Snake in the Second Oak Tree. Deer wander on 'round Uncle Doug's House, I bet for a Pear. Grass Flickers Jump. Grass Hoppers Flick. Grass-Hopper Sparrows Bounce in the Grass. Evening Bats Sweep the Tree Tops. Red-Winged Blackbirds and Summer Tanagers Sing a Raspy Gospel Tune as the Crickets Strum.

A Low White Blanket unfolds from the Woods; the Fog spreads fast. A Grouping of cattle egrets Peel from A Large Formation; dipping back, They vanish into the White Fluffy Blanket. A Deer in the Family Grave Yard stands on her Hind Legs to reach Persimmons. Cardinals & Red-Winged Black Birds Give Thanks feasting on Yummy Deep Purple Grapes. Rabbits nibble at Grape Leaves. A Vibrant Rainbow Fills the North. Morning Doves in Magnolia Trees & White-Winged Doves in an Oak tree Chant Prayers. Rainbow Fades as the Gentle Shower Moves West. The Pecan Clusters are starting to darken as Leaves twirl down. Purple Finches on Plum Branches and Brown Headed Cowbirds sing Joyfully to the LORD!

Scrub Jays sound like finger nails on a chalk board as They shout "AMEN!" Spangled Fritillary Butterflies Frolic low over the driveway. Grass Frogs & Peepers Hop about the Gray Paper Thin Mushrooms. Mockingbirds in the Pecan tree & Song Sparrows on Peach Limbs REJOICE. Coupling Love bugs Struggle in flight over the Front Field. Rufous Hummingbirds hover tending to the Blue Ivy & Hot Pink Phloxes. Shadows shift giving a little relief from the Sun's Heat. Crows caw. Cows moo. Red Wasp & Yellow Jackets crawl on Clumps of Grapes. Sweet Juice from BIG Plump Bronze Grapes drips off my Chin as I Thank the LORD!

Rabbits Hop in under the Grape Vines. Crows Caw in Uncle Doug's Pines. Deers Stroll beyond His Bushes. Song Sparrows frolicing in the Pecan Tree & Purple Finches Playing on Crepe Myrtle Limbs sing a Happy Ditty of PRAISE!

Say Amen!

Morning Doves in the Walnut Tree and Inca Doves on Pecan Branches Chant Evening Prayers. Love Bugs, Struggling to fly in Pairs, lumber in large Quantity.  The Bright Orange Ball rolls off the Edge. Crows caw a top the Chinaberry Tree. Cicadas WHINE Prayers. A Cool Summer Breeze Rustle Leaves & gives a Little Relief from the Humidity. Groupings of Cattle Egrets Flap on to the Nests. One Long Stemmed Red Canaan Lily stretches over six feet high.  Buffed Bellied Humming Birds Hit the Four O'clocks before dark. Two Seminole Bats and a Doe are enjoying Supper at the Grape Vine. A Mocking Bird Sings with Joy to the LORD! Cows say"AMEN".

Fog still Lingers

Yellow Shafted  Flicker drums up in the Pecan Tree. The Sun sipps Dew from Honey Suckles and Blue Ivy Blooms tangled in the Canaan Lily Stems out Front. Mourning Doves in the China Berry Tree, Turtle Doves on the barbed wire & Love Doves Cuddling on the power line Chant Morning Prayer with the Rock Doves perched on the smokehouse roof. Cows mooo.  A Buffed Bellied Hummingbird Hovers at the Yellow Irises. Cicadas siren low and long. Blue Jays whine like Ol'swing chain.  A Hazy Vale of Fog still lingers. Cardinals & Meadow Larks Give Thanks enjoying Grapes for Breakfast. Bumble Bees Buzz on Grass Seed Blades. Brown Headed Cowbirds on Walnut Limbs & Red-Winged Blackbirds on the Back Crepe Myrtles Praise our CREATOR!

Robins, Meadow Larks and Song Sparrows Praise the LORD! Cool Dewy Grass Paints my Feet. Poor-Wills & Mourning Doves Pray. A Deep Purple Haze hangs above Uncle Doug's Pines. The Hand's Rooster crows. Cows Disappear into the Thick Wall of Fog. Joey's Rooster Crows. Peepers & Grass Frogs Give Thanks for Breakfast. Both Roosters CROW. A Few Bright Stars Twinkle in the Dawn.  Seminole Bats romp about the Grape Arbor. Mockingbirds & Purple Finches Sing the New Song!

Clouds Roll in.

Thunder Rumbles in the West & North. White-Winged Doves in the Pecan Tree & Ground Doves under the Palms Chant Prayers Zebra Swallow-Tailed Butterflies Frolic over the Pink Cammy Bush. Buffed-Bellied Humming Bird Hovers at a Yellow Iris. Cows moo. Crows overhead caw. A Brisk Breeze twirls Leaves Crepe Myrtle Flowers across the yard. Song Sparrows on Peach Branches Praise the LORD. Green Tree Frogs cling to Canaan Lily Leaves ZAPPING Orange Bugs. Thunder Closes in. Thick dark Clouds Roll in. Cattle Egrets Fly off to the East. Lightning streaks the Clouds. A Bolt Flashes. Thunder Quakes all around. The Cows sit.

Fog Wets

Robins and Meadow Larks PRAISE GOD! A Heavy Thick Wall of Fog Wets on everything as it PUSHES against my chest. Morning in the Big Pine Tree and Ground Doves under the Palms Chant Prayers. Deer Emerge passing by & vanish into the Fog. Crows caw. Cows mooo. Roosters Crow. Pine Woods Tree Frogs Give Thanks ZAPPING tiny Flies sliming on the Bedroom Window. Woodpeckers drum. Mockingbirds & Song Sparrows sing the Next Worship Song!

Chorus Frogs add Harmony

A Great Horned Owl Whoots And WHOOTS calling on the LORD!. Bugs circle under the porch bulb. Peepers and Gray Tree Frogs Sing Joyfully to Our CREATOR!  The Grass squishes and sloshes as I step. Bird-Voiced Tree Frogs & Southern Chorus Frogs add harmony and A Bull Frogs Brings in the Bass. Branches Bend under the weight of Collected water dripping from Leaves & Sprigs. A Billion Sparkly Stars TWINKLE in the dark. A Soft Cool Summer Breeze Tickles my Soul with Honey Suckle Fragrance. Poor-Will Pray. American Toads and Oak Toads sing of Love. A Shooting Star Streaks across the East.
